Semi-Private Bedrooms
Furnished with bed, dresser, and sheets for a comfortable, ready-to-move-in space
Common Living Room
A shared living room with television for relaxation and community time
Free Wi-Fi & Utilities
All utilities are included — Wi-Fi, water, heat, and electricity
Shared Bathroom
Towels provided for resident use in the shared bathroom
Private Storage Area
Each resident has their own private storage space for personal belongings
Fully Furnished Kitchen
Complete kitchen with pots, pans, and cooking utensils ready for use
Washer & Dryer Access
On-site laundry facilities accessible to all residents
Security Features
Safety and security measures to ensure a protected living environment
Convenient Bus Access
Located with easy access to public transit for work, appointments, and daily life
Additional Resident Services
Beyond housing amenities, Just Right Housing connects residents with programs and services to support independence and long-term stability
Life Skills Training
Practical instruction in budgeting, cooking, hygiene, and daily living skills to build confidence and independence
Employment Readiness
Resume help, job search support, and placement assistance to help residents
Transportation Access
Some transportation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis
Case Management Support
Assistance will be provided to access Case Management services, as needed
Community Resource Referrals
Residents without a Case Manager receive information to identify and access outsourced resources and community programs
Family and Social Support
Educational workshops, community integrational and activites
Welcome Care Package
Every new resident receives a care package at intake, for use in their new home
